Row, Row, Row Your Boat...

 

Rowboating rentals and fishing may be enjoyed at Yellowwood State Forest. It is Located approximately 8 miles from Green Valley Lodge. After a relaxing night in one of the Lodge’s comfortable rooms set out for a day in the outdoors.

 

Leaving our parking lot turn right and continue on 46 West about 6 miles. Near the Knight’s Corner Sawmill turn right onto Yellowwood Road and enjoy the countryside 2-3 miles to the forest.

Enjoy a picnic while there, or hike the "Ten O'Clock Line" one of the only 20 mile marked hiking trails in Indiana. Yellowwood Lake now has a hiking trail around the lake.

Lana grew up in this area and it is one of her favorite Spots in the county.
