Standard rooms are everything but standard.
Each standard room has its own personal style from shabby chic to more of a fishing cabin. Each time you stay with us is like staying somewhere different.    You have a choice from two double beds or one queen- sized bed. We also offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. We recommend booking smoking rooms early because they do fill up fast. The Lodge is two stories and it is without an elevator, request ground floor if needed.

Fall Foliage... & Fish Fry

In the month of October stay at Green Valley Lodge (reserve far in advance) it is a very popular time of year..While enjoying the beautiful foliage and the crisp air take a stroll through downtown Nashville. One of Ed’s favorite October meals is a Fish Sandwich from the fish fry on the courthouse lawn and of course a broasted ear of Corn from the 4-H er’s booth. The “fish fry” is also a fundraiser for the Volunteer Fire Department for which we are all thankful. Annually they raise the Tent at the End of September and we all know it is almost October. YUM! While enjoying these tasty treats find a bench and do some people watching. That time of year bring some extra patience along traffic is a lot heavier and parking spaces available in the surrounding lots.
