• Standard Rooms Check-In: 2:00 p.m.
• Hot Tub Suites Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
• All Rooms & Suites Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.(no exceptions)
• Credit Card required to reserve & occupy hot tub suites
  Hot Tub Suite occupancy limited to 2 adults, no children
• Master Card, Visa & Discover Cards accepted
• Smoking & Non smoking standard rooms available
• Smoking in a non smoking room will result in a damage/cleaning charge of $200 billed to your CC
• All hot tub Suites are Non Smoking
• Deposit Required -- 50% of reservation by check
  within 5 days of booking/ or
  billed to credit card at time of booking
• No personal checks accepted for remainder when checking in
• Sorry, No Pets allowed
• Bring your cell phone...no phones in our rooms
• Bring your laptop...Free wireless internet

 

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

 

• No refunds after checking in
• No refunds for early departures
• Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date
• A $25/room cancellation fee is charged any time any reservation is cancelled for any reason
• Late cancellation and no shows forfeit all deposits and remainder of amount due for night reserved. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather and highway conditions, power, water outages or entertainment cancellations.
